  Homes are cheaply built and overpriced. Maintenance is slow to respond and the office doesn't take disputes seriously. Most people that live here have gone through several appliances in a year because of the quality. There has recently been a rash of home and vehicle larceny that has decreased quality of life.
  After moving, had to threaten to sue the owner in order to get our security deposit back. Finally got a portion of it after notifying the State Attorney General's office and getting a lawyer.
